Update Outline

When to Run

Only when something changes at the project level:

- A new system or major feature was built
- A key architectural or technical decision was made
- The project scope or goals shifted
- A significant dependency was added or removed

Do not run this for routine task completion. The outline describes what the project is, not what happened today.

What to Update

Open outline/index.page.

What it is - update if the project scope or purpose shifted. Keep this to two or three sentences. It is the first thing any agent reads.

What exists now - add newly built systems. Remove things that were removed or replaced. Include key implementation details an agent needs to work with the system.

What's next - replace completed priorities with current ones. Keep this honest - a stale "what's next" is worse than an empty one.

Keep the outline concise and authoritative. Long outlines with implementation details go stale faster and slow agents down. Link to guides for depth.
