Rojo local-mode bug fixes (detection, creation, system-prompt). Claude API and Claude Code subprocess providers. Auth session refresh overhaul: 7 phases — rokojori-auth grace window, TokenUpdater, GuardedCall, Web Locks leader election, Electron token updater, new-session endpoint, heartbeat multi-instance login. library-ts: .js extensions added to 101 browser files for browser-native ESM compatibility.
File tree: context menu open-state preservation, "Open >" submenu, label truncation. Page editor full redesign: unified icon+label toolbar, floating block menu, insertion trigger overlays, block deletion, drag-to-reorder blocks. InputDialog component. LINK/MARK formats with styled custom elements. EditorConsole + console-panel. openDocumentIn fix. Per-project per-device layout persistence: full tab tree saved to .roject/layout-<deviceId>.json, FileEditorPanel.getCurrentFile(), restore on load.
Local filesystem access completed (localRoot URL param, /api/local/ routes, three-branch URL helper in Editor). Remote projects proxy in Electron (/api/remote/** → roject.rokojori.com, auth via onBeforeSendHeaders). file-tree-panel fully converted to custom elements (ftp-*), closed-by-default dirs, CSS triangle, SVG icons. project-list-default tab UI with <pld-tabs>/<pld-tab> custom elements.
Tab container: split submenu (horizontal/vertical), close container with unsaved-changes dialog, middle-mouse tab close. EditorPanel/FileEditorPanel interface system replacing TabEntry.dirty. Section resize and portrait→landscape bug fixes. TypeScript guide: custom element names + web component interface pattern. CLAUDE.md and workspace index corrected.
CodeMirror syntax highlighting: vendor modes (clike, python, shell, yaml) + custom C# mode built on BrowserLexer + CodeMirrorLexerMode with dynamic keyword sets. File tree single-click smart open (focus existing, skip pinned). rokojori-auth login fix: removed broken refresh-session redirect. Electron local dev fixes: Bearer-before-cookie token extraction, JWT_CLOCK_TOLERANCE clock skew escape hatch, startup token refresh, quit-on-login race fix, credential persistence with remember-me. Mobile nav z-index fix.
rokojori-tunnel: Phase 1 relay server, Electron Tunnel Agent, production deployment, streaming protocol, Roject browse-tunnels UI, LLM chat via tunnel, chunk animation. Token refresh fixes across three services: rokojori-auth page-level middleware, Roject transparent API refresh, Tunnel Agent 401 refresh + logout + getToken getter. rojo-chat-panel mobile layout and animated thinking indicator.
styles.rokojori.com built and deployed (font hosting, /get-font public CSS endpoint, CORS allowlist, auth-gated management pages); Roject Barlow font migrated from Google Fonts; old dashboard/groups/projects pages removed; add-subdomain deployment guide with live variable inputs.
Electron desktop app shell, workspace boards system. Full project home redesign: new / entry point, project-home component (hero / theme dispatch), default theme (logo nav, UUID-coloured badges, Barlow skewed names, new-project dialog), user settings backend, groups removed from UI.
rokojori-auth built and deployed; Roject local auth replaced with JWT middleware; CI/CD pipeline — webhook-based auto-deploy on push to main via /api/deploy.
Full directory restructure and first production deployment — source/, build/, source/pages/; Roject live at roject.rokojori.com via nginx + systemd. EmailService SMTP layer added.
nginx reverse proxy on Server A — Gitea moved to a local HTTP port, TLS termination handed to nginx, development.rokojori.com restored. Project directory restructure planned.
CodePanel — CodeMirror 5 code editor panel; FileEditorRegistry routes files to editors by suffix with a project-level JSON override; all file types now clickable in the tree.
RojoChatPanel — streaming AI chat panel for the editor with LangChain backend (@langchain/core + @langchain/openai), markdown-it rendering, and tab container integration.
File tree rename/delete (right-click context menu), locale generator rewrite (per-directory output, new naming conventions), locale documentation, doc/ renamed to workspace/, fixed navigation header system, Guides/Actions workspace restructure, Update History action rewrite, Rojo chibi bone animator prototype (SVG pivot system, no graphics library).
