Outline
A session hand over is used when a session is already quite packed (more than 40%).
It will summarize all things that were changed in the according places, as if the action "Update History" (workspace/actions/update-history/index.page)
was used, with the exception that nothing will be done git-wise, so no add/commit/push.
Also a task entry will be placed in "In Progress" in tasks.page with a title "Session Hand-Over: Task Name/Summary" where the actual task or its summary are used.

Intro
The task entry has an short intro section, saying what needs to be done (1-2 short phrases).
History
The task entry should also mention the history entry and create a link to that.
Next Steps/Phases/Tasks
This section explains which tasks need to be done next. It can reference also other notes/pages.
Reads
After that it will list the pages/resources/code that new session should read before starting.
Misc
When needed, a section can be added that can hold more details.
