Getting Started

Set up this workspace for a specific project type. Run this at the start of a new project, before other work begins.

Agent Steps

1. Ask the user which project type fits best, or read project-types/index.page together to decide.

2. Ask a few scoping questions: what is the project called, who is involved, what is the first goal.

3. Fill in the outline with the project's specific details - name, purpose, and current state.

4. If the project type calls for specific boards or guides, add them now. Use the project type page as a checklist of what to set up.

5. Run Update History to log the initialization session.

Project Types

Five types are available. Read the project types page to understand each option and pick the right one.

When to Re-run

Re-run this action if the project type changes significantly - for example a research project that becomes a software product. Treat it as a workspace restructure, not a reset.
