Steps
2. Rename the file to reflect its content (e.g. auth-update.page, data-model.page).
3. Open the file in the page editor. Update the h1 title. Replace the placeholder block content with the real content.
4. Save. Link to the new page from the relevant index (history, outline, guides, etc.).
Page Conventions
Use h1 for the page title — one per page, at the top.
Use h2 for section headings inside blocks.
Use h3 for sub-headings within a section.
Do not use headings as links. Headings styled as links are visually confusing — the heading colour already implies hierarchy, and the underline or hover state clashes with it. Put links in body text instead, as a "read it here" sentence or an inline reference.
Use marked-text for highlights. Use strong or b for bold emphasis. Use a for links in body text only.
