There should be at most one or two items in progress at any time.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>3.</strong> Add new tasks to <strong>To Do</strong>. Write each task so it is self-contained - an agent or future you should be able to pick it up without asking questions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>4.</strong> Remove tasks that are no longer relevant. If the reason for removing is non-obvious, add a one-line note in the history entry instead.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>5.</strong> Check <a href="../../boards/backlog.page">boards/backlog.page</a>.
